What are active members and inactive members?
Active members have confirmed their email address and are members of the program. Pending members have signed up, but haven't responded to the initial email yet. They are not members of the program and cannot earn any money until they activate their account. Active Members are members that have logged into their accounts and click on links on a regular basis. Inactive members are deleted every 21 days.
Am I allowed to have more than one account?
NO! We allow only one account per Computer. Members are only allow one account per computer. Anyone found to have more than one account will loose all accounts, earnings and referrals.
My username is incorrect. Why?
Your username is what you made it when you joined the site. It is not able to be changed by anyone. Please keep a record of your username and password in a safe place for future use on our site.
My Downline is not earning me any money. Why?
There are a couple reasons for this. 1. Your downline is not active. 2. You are not 35% as active as your downline.
My email address is no longer in your database. Why?
There are a few reasons for this. 1. You were inactive for more than 30 days and your account was deleted. 2. You clicked on a D.O. N.O.T. C.L.I.C.K. banner or link and your account was deleted. 3. You were caught spamming and your account was deleted. 4. You had more than one account and your account was deleted. 5. You never returned from vacation and your account was deleted. 6. You deleted your membership with us. 7. You were caught abusing the system and your account was deleted. With any of these reasons your account, earnings, and referrals will not be paid or replaced.
How can I log into my account?
Log by going to the main page of the site and clicking on the Members Button.
How can I cancel my account?
You may at anytime cancel your membership with us by following one of the methods listed here. 1.You may log into your members area, click the edit user info button, scroll down to the bottom of the page, enter your password in the box provided and click delete my account. 2. You may send an email through the contact us page, list your username, full name, address and state Unsubscribe.
How can I cancel receiving your newsletters?
Your membership in our program allows us to send you email messages and advertisements. You may not cancel receiving email ads from us without terminating your membership in our program and forfeiting any and all earnings. 1.You may log into your members area, click the edit user info button, scroll down to the bottom of the page, enter your password in the box provided and click delete my account. 2. How can I change my personal information?
Log in to your account and click the "User Account Info" link. You will be able to edit any of your information except your name and member ID.
I live outside the US, can I join?
Effective July 29, 2007 You must be from one of the following countries to join: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, New Zealand, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States.
I have Web-TV, can I join too?
Yes, though some programs will not allow WEB-TV users to join their program, we welcome WEB-TV users. Our efficient tracking method allows WEB-TV users full earning privilliges.
I want to sell my account. Can I?
You must contact us before you sell your account to gain approval, failure to do so will result in termination of your account.
How much am I paid for a Paid To Sign Up Offer?
You will earn a minimum of 5 cents for each paid to signup. You must include the welcome email for the site you signed up for in the area provided (be sure to remove your password from this email). Members who enter anything else besides the welcome email will not receive credit and their accounts will be charged 5 cents for each invalid entry the submit. Members also understand they must remain an active member of the program signed up for for 30 days or will lose signup money that was paid.
I am from a Country that does not allow searching. Can I search anyway?
Only certain countries are allowed to search. The decision on who is allowed to search is made by the search engines. The countries allowed are: United States, Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom. If anyone is caught checking off "Search" as one of their interests, and you are not allowed to search, or searching your account will be terminated, all funds forfeited, and downline cancelled. If you are from a country not listed, and you search, you run the risk of getting the advertiser's affiliate account closed, and they lose all their earnings.
What happens if I click on a Do Not Click Banner or Link?
You understand that there will be a banner placed in the paid to click sections and also in email ads clearly marked D.O. N.O.T. C.L.I.C.K If you click these links or banners 3 times or more your account may be terminated without notice to you. If this happens your account will not be restored and you will lose all earnings and referrals. The usage of any email reading software is strictly prohibited.
I clicked on a link for a large amount of money. Now that money is gone. Why?
At times we may send out a link that was for the wrong amount. You understand that if this happens we reserve the right to do a roll back on your account and deduct mistaken earnings from your account.
I am a member of your site and am not receiving emails. Why?
Make sure that your ISP is set to allow emails from our site. AOL, Hotmail, Yahoo, MSN and ZWallet tend to block emails from us. If you are using one of these email addresses please get a different one.
Our mails are also targeted, If you have not chosen a targetted area such as points, search, PTP, ect. chances are you will not receive mails.
How much do I earn by participating in paid-emails?
Each advertiser pays a different amount per unique visit. These amounts change frequently so we cannot give an exact amount for each visit, however we do give you a large percentage of the amount we earn.
When can I request payment?
You may request payment after you have earned the amount set by our site and a button appears in your members redemption area.
How can I request payment?
After you have earned the amount set by our site a "Request Payment" button will automatically appear on your earnings page. Press the button and your request will automatically be sent to our accounts payable department.
When am I paid?
After your payment request is made and your account is in good-standing we will issue payment to you within 30 to 60 days after you have requested payment.
How am I paid?
You are paid in two ways. By choosing one of the many advertising options listed on the redemption page or by paypal, alertpay, check, or Intgold.
Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by us. Members may earn by referring new members to the our program. Once you have reached the payout amount set by our company a button will appear in your members redemption area. Payments will be made within 30 to 60 days of the time payment was requested or a reasonable time thereafter. There is a 25 cent fee for all payout requests. Members will be paid by PayPal, Alertpay, or E-Gold.
Do I have to pay to join?
Never! You can reach cashout on your own efforts in a short time, without any referrals at all. Our members are paid by us, not the other way around. Unlike a "pyramid scheme" we pay our members a portion of what advertisers pay us.
If I delete my account will I be paid?
No! If you delete your account you forfeit all referrals and earnings.

I have not been online for the last month and I did not get any of my downline earnings. Why?
You must be at least 35 Percent as active as your downline in order to receive credit for your downline earnings.
I am going on vacation will I still earn from my downline?
Anyone setting their account to vacation will not receive credit for their downline.
How can I refer other members?
You may place a link with your referral url on your website. You may add your referral url to your email signature. You can give out flyers or advertise in any way you wish except for Spamming. Anyone caught spamming will have their accounts deleted and will loose all earnings and referrals

I have an adult or Illegal website I would like to advertise. Can I?
We are running a family friendly site, so no e-mail ads, banner impressions, or paid to signups will be accepted if they are harboring adult sites. We do however, have an adult PTC section, where you are able to send in a banner for your website. Anything else is prohibited. Anyone sending in an e-mail ad, banner impression, or paid to signup ad for any of the above sites will have their accounts terminated without notice and will not be credited for any earnings or referrals.
